Who we are
IceClaw is operated by OneZeroEight.ai, Temecula, California, USA. Our servers are located in Iceland. Contact: support@iceclaw.online
What we collect
— Email address (for account and billing) — Payment information (processed by Stripe or BTCPay — we never see your card number) — Usage data (number of AI exchanges, last active time) — Your agent workspace files (SOUL.md, USER.md, IDENTITY.md, memory files) stored on your Iceland Stronghold
What we do NOT collect
— We do not read your agent conversations — We do not sell your data to third parties — We do not use your data for advertising — We do not train AI models on your data
Where your data lives
Your Stronghold data (agent memory, workspace files, conversation logs) is stored exclusively on servers in Reykjavik, Iceland. It does not leave Iceland except to reach the LLM API you use (Mistral in France, Google in the US, or your own BYOK provider).
Authentication
We use Clerk (clerk.com) for authentication. Clerk processes your email address and manages session tokens. See Clerk’s privacy policy for details.
Payments
Stripe processes card payments. BTCPay Server (self-hosted) processes Bitcoin payments. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID — never card details.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to: — Access your data — Correct inaccurate data — Delete your account and all data — Export your data — Object to processing To exercise these rights, email support@iceclaw.online. We will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. When you cancel, we delete your Stronghold data within 30 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
Cookies
We use only functional cookies required for authentication (set by Clerk). We do not use tracking or analytics cookies.
Changes to this policy
We will notify active subscribers by email before making material changes to this policy.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Iceland and the European Economic Area (EEA). Disputes will be resolved in Icelandic courts.
