1. Service
IceClaw provides managed OpenClaw hosting on dedicated servers in Iceland. OneZeroEight.ai operates the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be 18 or older to use this service. One account per person.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use IceClaw to: — Violate any law or regulation — Send spam or unsolicited messages — Store or process illegal content — Attempt to access other users’ Strongholds — Reverse engineer the service — Resell access without permission
4. Your data
You own your data. Your agent workspace files, conversations, and memory belong to you. We do not claim any rights to your content.
5. LLM usage
The AI responses from your Stronghold are generated by third-party LLM providers (Mistral, Google, Anthropic, or your own keys). We are not responsible for the content of AI-generated responses.
6. Availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by our infrastructure providers or OpenClaw software issues.
7. Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers — no questions asked. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. Cancel any time to stop future billing.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your Stronghold data will be deleted within 30 days.
9. Limitation of liability
IceClaw is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
10. Changes to terms
We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before making material changes to these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Reykjavik, Iceland.
